KReS(Kribhco e-Seva) is a novel initiative taken by KRIBHCO management, Hazira to graduate towards enterprise mobility as a key enabler for our business process automation. It is a unique platform that offers services which can be leveraged by mobile devices as well as traditional desktop applications.
The services currently offered include a blend of enterprise related functions such as Employees' Contact details, Latest Circulars & Notices, PC related Complaints and township related functions such as Estate Complaints . The platform can become an effective tool towards Public Information, grievance redressal, e-Governance and citizen participation as envisaged in the smart city (township) mission, Govt. of India.
